Office Removals Brighton — sized for studios, floors and small teams.
Brighton's work happens in small rooms: agency floors around the station, coworking suites on Church Road, studios tucked into the Lanes. Moving them doesn't need a project manager and a lorry fleet — it needs a van, careful hands and a loading plan that respects the city centre's rules.

from £39/hr · large van + two men
Thirty seconds of detail. One written price.
Tell us what's moving and where — the quote comes back with the van, the crew and the hours, usually the same day.
- The quote names everything included — nothing surfaces later
- No obligation, no chasing — a price is just a price

What an office move covers.
Everything a small workplace owns, moved in an order that gets you working again fastest:
- Desks, chairs, monitors and boxed kit — padded and strapped
- Filing and paperwork moved in labelled sequence
- Evening and weekend slots up to 10pm, seven days
- Loading planned around bus lanes and restricted streets
- Building lifts, bays and concierge slots arranged in advance
- Partial moves welcome — one room is a real booking
Honest scale: we move studios, single floors and small firms. If your relocation needs IT decommissioning teams and a fleet, we'll say so rather than pretend.
Where Brighton works, and how it loads.
Three office geographies, three different moving days:
The station corridor
New England Quarter runs from Brighton station towards Edward Street — modern buildings with managed access, where the job is booking the lift and the bay before the day, not muscling the kerb.
The Lanes & centre
Historic streets with pedestrianised shopping hours and camera-enforced bus lanes. Loading here favours early mornings and evenings — exactly the slots we keep open until 10pm.
Hove & the parks
Church Road's serviced buildings and Woodingdean's business park load easily by comparison — the planning shifts to shared entrances and where the van legally stands.
Office rates, no quote-form hostage.

Office-move FAQ
Asked by owners and office managers before the desks come apart.
Can we move outside working hours?
That's the usual plan: evenings up to 10pm and weekends keep the business trading while the office travels. We don't do overnight moves past 10pm, and we'll say so plainly rather than promise one.
How much does an office move cost in Brighton?
From the same open table as everything we do: a large van with two men runs from £39 an hour, three men from £55, and smaller partial moves suit the medium van from £33 with two. The written quote states crew, van and expected hours for your buildings.
Can a van even load in the Lanes or North Laine?
With planning, yes. Several central streets are pedestrianised during shopping hours and bus lanes are camera-enforced, so we time the load for early or late windows and check the current rules before the day — they do change.
Do you handle monitors, IT and files?
Desks, screens, printers and boxed kit all travel padded and labelled. We're movers rather than IT engineers — back up first and box the small electronics, and we'll get everything standing where it should be.
Is a man with a van really enough for an office?
For Brighton's actual office stock — studios, agency floors, small teams — usually yes, at a fraction of a commercial contractor's rate. For a genuinely large multi-floor relocation, we'll tell you straight it's beyond one van.
